How to best give feedback as a developer?

I would like to know how developers should give feedback so that it is most efficient for you to work with. Types of feedback I’m thinking of submitting:

  • questions
  • suggestions
  • bug reports

Should all that just go to this forum, or are there other, more structured options like a bug tracker or issue management system? And if it’s the former, are there any templates to use, or rules to follow to make sure we provide all needed information?

We recently changed our infrastructure and the concept how we handle such things, so this is all still a bit in the evolving state.
